Students on partial scholarships can participate in this program to make up the difference in annual educational costs. SBSA student member will be permitted to raise their own tuition through our 501 c3 nonprofit organization, as well as potentially receive additional benefits from SBSA.
Students can set their tuition sponsorship levels up to $70,000 U.S. dollars per academic year to help cover tuition costs. Monies collected for students who are preparing to enter college will be collected and only dispersed once the students enroll or are currently enrolled in classes. In any case, SBSA reserves the right to advance the money to either the student or learning institution in which the student is currently attending.
Each sponsorship campaign can last up to the anniversary date of student enrollment. At the end of each campaign upon proof of enrollment; students will receive their collected tuition minus a 10% percent administration fee for each campaign. Tuition payments will be made on a monthly basis and will be disbursed to student or learning institution at SBSA’s discretion. Account balances under one hundred dollars may be placed on hold until the end of the fiscal or academic school year.
Student participants in the tuition sponsorship program will have the option to set their tuition sponsorship goal for thirty days or more of have the option to leave their Tuition Sponsorship Program open for the duration of their enrollment date.
Any enrolled student can restart or leave open their sponsorship campaign at the end of each expired campaign throughout the year to help meet their tuition goals whether they meet their previous pre-set tuition goals or not.

SBSA will, however, advance any monies collected in each student sponsored account to said student minus above-mentioned deductions. SBSA will also advertise and promote its sponsorship program to direct potential donors to partially or fully sponsor the student.

Excess tuition over the allowed amount of student’s entire educational stay at his or her institution of learning shall be withheld by the Student Body Scholarship Association and be used for administrative costs or placed into their scholarship or Tuition Sponsorship Program.
Example: If a freshman student enrolled into out Tuition Sponsorship Program who’s attending a four-year college has a tuition cost of $20,000 per academic year, then sets his or her tuition campaign at $20,000 but raise the entire four-year amount of $80,000 within a few months or throughout the first year during the enrollment period or throughout the allotted four-year campaign, that freshman will receive the $80,000 less the ten percent administrative fee over a four-year period as long as they remain at the institution of higher learning and remain in good standings with SBSA.
The student’s $80,000 collected sponsored tuition would be paid out at $20,000 for his or her freshman year in school, $20,000 for the sophomore year and so on until student receives the entire collected sum of $80,000 less 10% throughout the four years of institutional learning as long as said student remains enrolled in said institution each year and in remain in good standings with SBSA’s Tuition Sponsorship Program at the time of payout.
If said student generates $100,000 for his or her education which only requires a total of $80,000 for the four-year stay, then the student would be paid the $80,000 over the course of his or her education, with the remaining sponsored $20,000 going to SBSA to use as administrative costs, in its scholarship program or Tuition Sponsorship Program. On campus room and board direct or indirect costs such as books, school parking, or additional fees associated with a college education will also be factored in and considered tuition. SBSA reserves the right to issue collected sponsored tuition directly to the student or the learning institution in which the student is currently attending.
If a student generates sponsorship funding then quits or cancels their participation in SBSA’s tuition sponsorship program before payments are dispersed, he or she will receive any sponsored tuition generated in their Tuition Sponsorship Program campaign minus described administrative fees as long as they remain eligible according to the terms of this contract.
